Cibaria Manly is looking for some barbacks to come and join our team.
This is a casual role that currently has between 25-35 hours with the option for more later down the track.

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent in English, spoken
• Hold a current RSA Certificate
• Full Australian working rights
• Minimum 1 year in bars and restaurants
• Polite personal manner
• Ability to keep cool under pressure
• Excellent grooming standards
• Keeness to learn

Preferred Requirements:

• Speak Italian? Bonus!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Clearing tables
• Washing and polishing glassware
• Re-stocking lines as required
