Cibaria Manly is looking for a Bar Supervisor to assist our Bar Manager in leading our dynamic bar team.
With our bar servicing hotel patrons and operating as dispense for our trattoria, we blend tradition with innovation, crafting elevated classic cocktails using boutique Italian spirits and seasonal local ingredients.

This role is casual to start with, full time available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluent in English
  • Current RSA Certificate & full Australian working rights
  • 2+ years in a bar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail, presentation, and service standards
  • Understanding of hospitality cost control measures

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of bar service across all levels
  • Assist in training and supervising bar staff, fostering a high-performing team
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation at all times
  • Handle stock orders, inventory management, and minimize wastage
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the bar operates in compliance with its Liquor License and RSA regulations
  • Assist in recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of casual bar staff
  • Record and report any incidents as required
