Since opening in January 2025, Cibaria Manly has quickly become a bustling seven-day operation, consistently turning tables and delivering an authentic Italian experience. Featuring a caffetteria, gelato bar, trattoria, and Italian-inspired cocktails, Cibaria brings a true taste of Italy to Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
We are looking for a talented and passionate cook to join our kitchen team. Under the Pavoni Plus employment model, this role offers competitive benefits, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 12-36 months of industry experience
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Experience in Italian cuisine, preferably in a high-quality restaurant
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential)

• Preparing and executing high-quality Italian dishes with precision and care
• Working closely with the Head Chef and team to maintain consistency and excellence
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contributing to menu development and kitchen operations
• Performing efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
