JOB DESCRIPTION – CIGAR SALES ASSOCIATE (FEMALE)

• Position: Cigar Sales Associate
• Location: Abu Dhabi / Aline Smoking Supplies L.L.C.
• Department: Retail & Customer Service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Female, 20–35 years old.
• Attractive, well-groomed, and confident.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury brands (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Friendly, disciplined, and customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Preferably from India, the Philippines, or Nepal.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an added value)

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, while providing a memorable shopping experience.
• Offering and explaining cigar products and accessories, and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintaining neat, clean, and attractive product displays.
• Achieving company sales targets.
• Mastering knowledge of cigar types, storage methods, and supporting accessories (humidors, cutters, lighters, etc.).
• Handling sales transactions accurately, including cash and non-cash payments.
• Resolving customer inquiries or complaints with appropriate and professional solutions.
• Preparing daily/weekly sales reports according to procedures.
• Maintaining the company’s image with an elegant appearance, polite demeanor, and effective communication.
