Position Summary: The Cinema Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance of our modern cinema facility. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure smooth daily operations, enhance the guest experience, and drive business growth within a fast-paced entertainment setting.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE:

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring all guest interactions are positive and efficient.
• Proactively address and resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the cinema experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a cinema, entertainment venue, hospitality, or retail environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team in a customer-focused industry.
• Strong understanding of cinema operations, including ticketing, concessions, and projection (knowledge of modern digital cinema systems a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the entertainment business.
• A passion for movies and the entertainment industry.
