JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Player Development & Special Events, the Player Development/Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting and monitoring all daily tasks of the department. This role will provide support for all team members by reaching out to potential new casino partners, planning and executing group VIP trips, coordinating meetings and conference calls, managing partner casino reservations and more. The Player Development Manager/Affiliate Marketing Manager works closely with the entire department to ensure all tasks are managed correctly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate thoughts effectively in a variety of settings
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well with others in a team
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, editing and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Casino experience (preferred but not required)
  • 2 years of Player Development and/or Marketing experience preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company and state

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Director of Player Development/Special Events in daily tasks
  • Cold calling and emailing potential casino partners across the globe
  • Setting up conference calls/meetings with all potential new casino partners
  • Leading calls and meetings to solidify new partnerships
  • Managing all casino partnership events and trips
  • Hosting VIP group trips
  • Working with a variety of departments (Special Events, Executive Casino Hosts, Marketing, Slots, Table Games) to maintain daily department operations
  • Showing an understanding of all current practices and policies of the Player Development department
  • Working with our hotel staff to set up block and group codes for all new partnerships
  • Updating ‘Schedules of Work’ for each partner property (Including all events, contact dates, etc.)
  • Updating contact lists for each property - contact names, titles, emails and phone numbers
