Product Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator Job Summary: Circle Brands is seeking a Product Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to support the Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams through product photography, social media coordination, saddle fitting support, customer engagement, and administrative execution. This role helps create operational capacity while supporting brand growth, product storytelling, and customer experience initiatives. Product Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator Responsibilities: - Support Product Development with coordination, organization, follow-up, and execution activities - Coordinate and execute product photography, image organization, and visual content management - Assist with social media content development, scheduling, and engagement across platforms - Maintain and update product information, descriptions, photography, and digital assets on websites and online platforms - Support product launches and storytelling initiatives between Product Development and Marketing - Organize and maintain photography libraries and marketing support materials - Serve as an on-site saddle fitting resource using the Horse Fitter Pro platform to support customers, dealers, and events - Assist with collecting saddle fitting information, horse and rider observations, and photography for customer experience insights - Provide customer service support during peak demand periods - Support company events, trade shows, athlete events, and dealer activities through photography and content support - Coordinate communication between Product Development, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other departments - All other duties as assigned by management Product Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator Skills and Competencies: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Interest in branding, photography, digital marketing, and the equine industry - Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through - Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments Product Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator Qualifications: - Experience with social media platforms and content coordination preferred - Experience with photography or visual product content preferred - Experience updating website or e-commerce product information preferred - Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred - Equine industry familiarity preferred - Experience with Microsoft 365 and general digital tools preferred Work Environment: This role includes office, event, and field-based work environments with occasional travel to trade shows, dealer events, and customer locations.
