Description
Accountabilities: * Involves day-to-day coordination with DISCOMs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency. * Project planning and execution in all terms of the project. * Coordination and client handling with DISCOM officials. * Contractor & In-house team (technicians and Supervisors), work quantum verification, and processing further. * Resolution of site-related issues and operational challenges. * Supervision of meter installation activities along with Inventory Management (FIFO). * Consumer indexing and validation supervision. * Team Management - Monitoring and management of field teams + Assisting in hiring of Supervisor and Technicians. * Project Management - Implementation of project plans and achievement of targets. * Ensuring adherence to quality, safety (HSSE), and timeline requirements. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications Bachelors in engineering/technology or Diploma in Engineering Functional Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities. * Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven approach. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word / Excel / PPT and Outlook. Relevant and total years of Experience 5–8 Years
