Description Job Title: Team Member Location: Circle K Aberdeen, SD Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary: As a Team Member at Circle K, you are the face of the store and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with South Dakota laws, including those related to alcohol sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with purchases and answer product-related questions. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Store Operations Stock shelves, coolers, and displays. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and parking areas. Receive and verify deliveries. Alcohol Sales Verify age and ID for all alcohol purchases. Follow state and company policies regarding alcohol handling and sales. Maintain secure storage and accurate inventory of alcohol products. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management. Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards. Team Collaboration Work cooperatively with team members and management. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Support store promotions and events. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old (required for alcohol sales). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
