Overview:
Presbyterian is seeking a CISC Program Manager-Senior
The CISC Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting CISC leadership and program operations. This individual will ensure seamless program operations by managing administrative functions, supporting interagency coordination, and driving transparent communication across stakeholders. This role will anticipate, develop and implement health management programs and initiatives with the guidance of leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and proactively address barriers to care delivery. Supports operational and fiscal improvements for program needs. Meets regulatory and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development comprehensive reports, strategic program plans, and milestone tracking to enhance performance metrics in assigned measures or programs.
  • Under guidance from leadership, ,supports the development and efforts for improving health outcomes for children in state custody.
  • Creates and updates work plans, tasks, timelines, and measurements that support cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and community based partners
  • Prepares agendas, attends interagency and leadership meetings and producing accurate and timely minutes.
  • Ensure that all written materials meet the highest standards of quality, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Serves as a liaison to facilitate collaboration and promote consistent messaging.
  • Conduct thorough outcomes assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs and interventions. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
  • Facilitates collaboration throughout the health plan and external organizations, to optimize the success of CISC programt activities using input and resources from the appropriate business units.
  • Manages relationships with vendors and collaborates with contracted network providers, various coalitions, community organizations, etc.
  • Aligns with organization and/or department strategic plans to develop, monitor, and report program plans and milestones.
  • Monitor and analyze shifts in the managed care and regulatory landscape, proactively identifying trends and challenges. Develop and implement innovative initiatives that respond effectively to these changes, ensuring that programs and interventions remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices
  • Compiles and presents summaries of CISC activities in a professional format to the appropriate internal or external entities.
  • Identifies & resolves issues, escalates as necessary
  • Manages calendars, schedules and communications for CISC leadership.
