SHIFT: 1ST SHIFT/40-HOUR WORK WEEK. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to support and enhance our global infrastructure network environment for a Fortune 500 company with $8B in annual revenue. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in key networking technologies, providing both operational support and project leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at solving complex problems, implementing effective solutions, and improving service delivery processes with minimal supervision.

• Provide advanced support for Palo Alto technologies (Firewall, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, URL Filtering, IoT Security, PRISMA, etc.).
• Support Cisco networking solutions, including switching, routing (SD-WAN), Cisco ISE (802.1X/TACACS), DNA Center, Wireless, and ACI.
• Manage medium-to-high complexity maintenance, incident response, and service requests in the global infrastructure network.
• Deliver solutions for both Run-the-Business (RTB) activities and project-based initiatives.
• Serve as a technical resource for infrastructure and application projects, providing requirements gathering, recommendations, and implementation.
• Share expertise by creating technical documentation, mentoring IT team members, and leading knowledge transfer activities.
• Support related services including DNS and DHCP.
