YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip …)
Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
Team Management/ People Skills.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
Management of local team and sharing of skills.
