QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years in enterprise network and firewall support.
· Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Nexus, SD-Access).
· Hands-on with Fortinet firewall rule sets, NAT, VPNs.
· Familiarity with Cisco NDFC, DNAC, and ISE.
· Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

· Manage Cisco SDN platforms (NX-OS, SD-Access).
· Support LAN/WAN, wireless, and switch/router infrastructure.
· Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and enforce security policies.
· Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively.
· Participate in migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
· Maintain network documentation and SOPs.
· Collaborate on incident response and change management.
· Provide on-call support for critical events.
