Position Overview:
Nasdaq in London is seeking a highly skilled CIT System Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various IT systems and the ability to provide exceptional support to our users. The CIT systems operations professional will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and support for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, ensuring optimal functionality for users.
  • Manage Active Directory users, computers, and groups for seamless remote management.
  • Provide support for VPN connectivity, assisting users with setup and troubleshooting.
  • Understand the fundamentals of Citrix and VDIs to support remote desktop environments.
  • Possess basic network and domain knowledge to address connectivity and access issues.
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management tools such as JAMF and Intune to manage and secure mobile devices.
  • Support two-factor authentication systems, including Okta, RSA, and NetIQ, to enhance security protocols.
  • Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and manage various support tasks simultaneously.
