Job Details Job Location: Buena Vista, CO 81211 Position Type: Seasonal Staff Salary Range: $770.00 - $800.00 Salary The CIT trainer is responsible for facilitating the counselor-in-training (CIT) program and supporting CITs working at both Sky Valley Ranch and Round-Up Ranch. Responsibilities include leading the development of a strong CIT community, delivering leadership training for CITs, and providing CITs with ongoing feedback and support. The CIT trainer shares fresh ideas for the CIT program and contributes to strengthening the A/U Ranches’ CIT training model. This position works in close collaboration with the program and camp directors and lodge managers. Click here to view full Job Description Qualifications Live a demonstrated commitment to Christian Science At least 18 years old, high school graduate or equivalent at time of employment Willingness to uphold high moral and ethical standards Enthusiasm for working with young people with love, patience, and consistency Ability to work work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently Ability to flexibly support in a variety of areas as needs arise Ability to participate in outdoor adventure and recreational activities Ability and willingness to live in a cabin with other staff when needed
