As an Apprenticeships Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service, exceeding expectations through proactive handling of inquiries and ensuring the timely, accurate processing of funding, legal returns, and registrations for our services. You’ll be at the forefront of the Apprenticeships Processing Team, providing expert support to various customer types and internal clients across a range of products and services.
Based in our York office, the role will be a hybrid fixed role, working Monday – Wednesday from home, Thursday & Friday in the office!
