Delivers Results: Sets high standards and achieves performance objectives by creating a clear path toward ethical and sustainable results Ensure engagements align with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and risk profiles. Collaborate with ABL Credit Officers to define appropriate scopes of work for field examinations and appraisals based on borrower complexity, industry risks, and collateral types. Perform in-depth reviews of loan agreements to ensure collateral terms, eligibility definitions, reporting requirements, and covenants align with the bank's risk appetite and the findings from field examinations. 8-10+ years in ABL field examination; with some bank experience preferred Credit underwriting experience a plus Experience managing external vendors and interpreting complex exam findings Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles as they relate to collateral reporting.
