Lending is a key product offering within Citi Wealth. Lending provides competitive borrowing solutions that are strategically integrated into our client’s broader Wealth Management goals. Our team provides lending solutions across all three client segments including Citi Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citi Private Client and Citigold as part of their wider Citi relationship.
US Credit Card solutions are provided to Wealth clients via Citi Personal Banking. This role will oversee the relationship with US Personal Banking in partnership with our Wealth Operations team. This role reports into a newly created role the Global Head of Business Strategy and Governance, which is a member of the Citi Wealth Lending Leadership team.

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services – ideally in a Credit Card related role in a High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth organization.
  • Solid interpersonal, influencing and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights.
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze their root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Franchise player with the ability to effectively leverage the capabilities of the organization to meet client needs.
  • Strategic thinker - Understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially other data analysis software.
  • Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
