Participate as a member of ALB (Association of Labuan Banks), and other joint working committees established by either Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (LIBFC) or LFSA Build a high-performing team by leading and coaching direct reports to be able to achieve the business objectives Ensure the appropriate skills and experience are developed within the business to promote career development and growth Develop leadership skills of direct reports through both training and challenging on-the job assignments
