What you’ll be doing: We are looking for an experienced low code developer who will be able to work across our multiple application platforms providing expertise in developing exciting new solutions and maintaining our existing products in line with strategic business plans and objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, sharing your experience and knowledge to drive innovation and ensure that best practices are followed. You will be responsible for developing the technical aspects of low code projects, ensuring that the product aligns with the business goals, technical requirements and digital strategy.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience of d[HO3] eveloping the Microsoft Power Platform in a commercial environment.
• Experience of creating and customising SharePoint sites and applications using Power Apps.
• Experience of developing applications with BPM tools like Creatio and Appian.
• Experience analysing and documenting in business process model and notation (BPMN)
• Experience of customising and configuring Dynamics CRM[HO4] and Dynamics 365.
• Experience of integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Experience of working with relational databases (SQL).
• Experience using GIT for version control and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.

Desirable Skills[HO5]

• Knowledge of JavaScript and C# is an advantage.
• Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of process mapping software such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, Lucid Chart or BPMN tools.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and Customise Solutions[HO1] [MK2] : Design, develop, and customise applications using low code solutions.
• Automate Processes: Create and manage workflows using low/no-code solutions such as Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Develop UI / UX: Work with stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces that promote efficient workflows.
• Prototyping: Use low code platforms to create prototypes and proof of concepts to solve group business problems in an agile way
• Business Process Management (BPM): Implement BPM solutions using low code platforms to optimize and automate business workflows.
• Data Integration: Integrate various applications and data sources to ensure seamless data flow between low/no-code systems and other business applications.
• Update and Enhance: Regularly update low code applications to take advantage of new features and capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and track the effectiveness and performance of low code applications to identify areas of improvement.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of developed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaboration: Work as part of a multi disciplined team alongside developers and testers to deliver solutions that are in line with business requirements.
• Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Testing: Conduct solution testing to ensure applications meet business needs and are free of defects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in low/no-code solutions and tools.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to developed solutions in a timely manner.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with group security policies and industry regulations.
• Governance: Align to guidelines and best practices for low/no code development within the group.
