Responsibilities: Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales team Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales Plan and execute activities to support new product launch and increase brand visibility Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandising Manage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etc Working closely and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisor Requirements: Min. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fields Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skill Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals Can join immediately would be a plus We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
