The venue is Monday to Friday, but offers Saturday events and has a licence for Sunday that is expected to be used in the winter months, offering only a short service of 12-4.
The venue has boasted a 5* Health and Hygiene rating for a number of years with a strong focus from the kitchen.
The food has been traditionally British with modern and interesting twists, food is not th main focus of the business, but it is integral to the business success.
The operations manager of the business as well as the in house management team will work closely with the right candidate to ensure standards of cleanliness, paperwork and food are also at their highest.
The role suits someone wanting their first shot at a head chef role, a person who wants to expand their horizons, understand more about managing a team and delivering excellence in hygiene, standards and food growth.
Christmas menus, party menus and day to day menus are yours to work with, with the understanding that the owners, managers & operations etc will be there to support and guide.
