Timely and Accurate Data Entry Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors' operational procedures and customer requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow. Pedimento creation in MASL system Pedimento audit per shipment Commercial documents audit per shipment Error identification and correction prior pedimento payment Pedimento payment. “Hoja de cálculo” creation in MASL system Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.. Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee. Attend training classes when required. Complete mandatory training when required. Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight within the Customs Brokerage department while providing exceptional customer service. This includes tasks like Pedimento creation and audit, commercial document auditing, error identification, and payment processing.
