This role combines project leadership, operational excellence with strong analytical and commercial capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. Expeditors Project Cargo Services business consists of both ad hoc heavy and over dimensional cargo and EPC/ project logistic opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a balance of project experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Management of Specialized Cargo shipments. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial and development-focused projects. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze commercial data, market trends, and internal KPIs to support decision-making. Document compliance. Prepare clear project documentation, including offers, execution plans, status reports, presentations, and updates for leadership. Collaborate closely with business development, commercial, operations, and product teams to align project outcomes with strategic goals. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project execution. Drive the development of new service providers and enhance rate-negotiation performance. Onsite support in supervision of loading, packing, and coordination of project moves. Requisitos Skill and Knowledge Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. •3 – 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics coordination, project leadership, and business development project cargo work. •Knowledge of Export and import regulations. Experience in specialized ocean, air, land transportation. •Strong understanding of Project Cargo sales, market analysis, operations and business development processes. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines. •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. •Exceptional customer service capabilities, with a strong focus on client experience and service excellence. •Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent). •Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and KPIs. •Intermediate to advanced English, verbal and writing. •Availability and flexibility for business-related travel. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working in pricing (vendor relations), commercial development, strategic planning, growth-oriented roles. •Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, or commercial performance dashboards. •Knowledge of project management methodologies. •Intermediate to advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
