REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Professional Engineer (PE) Board certification
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction industry on residential properties
• Proficiency in interpreting and executing architectural and structural construction drawings
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills

• Conduct structural analysis and design for residential developments
• Develop and review construction drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for management of projects
• Involve in project planning, implementation and close monitoring of projects
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and design requirements
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and other relevant

local codes and standards

• Identify potential structural issues and recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions
• Adhoc duties as assigned by Management
