The Civil/Architectural Technical Manager is responsible for leading and
managing all technical aspects of civil and architectural works in
construction projects, from design coordination to execution. This
includes reviewing and approving design documents, overseeing shop
drawings and submittals, resolving technical issues, and ensuring
compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. The role
requires strong coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and
internal project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within
budget.
