JOB SUMMARY

The Civil CAD Technician is a member of ECI’s Production (Engineering) team and works in support of all Virtual Construction Engineers (VCEs) within AutoCAD related tasks. This is an entry-level position.

• Work with predesigned CAD & PDF files to produce linework, 3D models, Cut & Fill Analyses/Take-offs and Mass Data services for earthmoving contractors, excavators, road builders and other heavy highway/civil construction clients
• Interact with Production Manager and VCEs to communicate on technical or deadline issues while maintaining excellent relationships
• Problem solves issues, errors, or conflicts
• Produce accurate and value-added results while working in a fast-paced and deadline focused environment
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to further refine processes
• Attend weekly production meeting
• Ad hoc projects, as needed

  Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
