JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers (Civil Category) to assist in various construction activities. The role involves supporting skilled workers, preparing job sites, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in civil or construction field preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum high school education preferred.
• Entry-level position; on-site training will be provided.

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers in civil construction projects.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and mixing materials (cement, mortar, etc.).
• Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, leveling ground, and compacting soil.
• Ensure all tools and materials are stored properly after use.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Assist in site cleaning and waste disposal activities.
• Support site supervisors and follow instructions for daily tasks.
