The Civil Construction Foreman is responsible for managing the site crew along with enforcing safety procedures on the assigned projects. We are looking for strong leadership skills to guide projects from beginning to completion, while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 5 years of civil construction foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Must be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Possess the demonstrated ability to motivate self and others.
  • Be a results-oriented leader capable of working productively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
