THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple civil and landscaping projects, typically ranging from $250K to $4M. You’ll lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget, and at the high standard our clients expect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Own the project lifecycle, planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, quality control, and client relations.
· Lead and mentor site supervisors, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring projects finish on time, on budget, and on point.
· Interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts with accuracy and foresight.
· Oversee site operations and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
· Build strong relationships with clients and teams, proactively solving problems before they arise.
