OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate field operations, fleet logistics, and infrastructure projects across the Fraser Valley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values safety and accountability, and enjoys working with diverse teams.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years experience in Civil construction as a PM
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roadworks and structural concrete.
Ability to manage multiple project efficiently
Familiarity with Civil blueprints, grading , using laser levels etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.18-$42.86 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through platforms like SiteDocs
• Lead coaching and performance reviews for field staff
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with local services (e.g., BCEHS, FortisBC, BC Hydro)
