Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the coordination of daily site activities, logistics and subcontractors.
  • Interpreting construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Providing engineering support and resolving onsite technical issues.
  • Monitoring construction quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintaining site records, progress reporting and project documentation.
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling and procurement activities.
  • Supporting cost control, quantity tracking and project performance reporting.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with subcontractor administration and progress claim verification.
  • Contributing to the preparation of client progress claims and supporting documentation.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance and quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Associate Diploma in Engineering.
  • 1 to 5 years' experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methods, specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
