JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Assist the pre-handover team in checking the list and handing over to consumers.
• Handle issues within the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
• Review the total item list in detail.
• Prepare a weekly report on contractor activities and work progress.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building Project (eg. Mall / Business Loft).
• Knowledge of civil construction, working drawings, and structural materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
