Responsibilities

Lead and support the regional civil engineering team
Design infrastructure for new developments (roads, drainage, SuDS, S278 schemes)
Produce models, drawings, calculations, and reports using CAD and design software
Oversee project delivery, administration, client liaison, and budgeting
Organise and attend public consultation events and stakeholder meetings
Prepare and submit designs for third-party approvals
Deliver excellent customer service to secure repeat business
Collaborate across Aligra offices as needed
