QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • 2-4 years of experience in civil site design; candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
  • EIT certification or plans to take the FE exam soon after starting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
  • MnDOT certifications in asphalt, concrete, and gravel, along with experience in construction sites and surveying equipment, are beneficial.
