REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in site development
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Proficient in civil design standards and engineering principles
• Skilled in technical report writing and communication
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with hydrological modeling tools such as SWMHYMO or HEC-RAS
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and municipal approval processes

• Lead the preparation of civil design documents for planning applications
• Perform and review storm, sanitary, grading, and water system designs
• Analyze and model stormwater management systems
• Review technical reports for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and external consultants
• Seal and review design documents for compliance and quality
• Address agency comments and revise civil documents as needed
• Participate in project meetings and ensure timely deliverables
