KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

For all positions Mid-level (5-10), Senior (10-20), you’ll have;

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognised by EA)
• Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards
• Some experience with 12D modelling, ACAD, Civil3d
• Design exp in subdivisions, roads, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks
• Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
• Manage or lead small teams, design and manage projects
• Ability to mentor lead and manage engineers and designers
• Proven ability to engage with & foster strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work autonomously & deliver work on time & budget
