The Role As a Civil Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Develop and manage 3D structural models using Tekla Structures for civil and industrial projects. Prepare Structural Steel / Concrete GA drawings and reinforcement detailing. Experience in shop drawings and fabrication drawings will be an added advantage. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design. Perform clash detection, model validation, and quality checks to maintain project integrity. Generate Material Take-Offs (MTOs), BOQs, and reports from Tekla models. Ensure adherence to international codes and standards (IS, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, etc.). Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects within timelines. Provide technical support during fabrication and construction phases. Maintain and update project documentation and revision control. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Certificate Course in Drafting / Modeling. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures in civil/structural projects. Strong knowledge of steel structures, concrete structures, and rebar detailing. Familiarity with BIM workflows and integration with other design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience working in reputed engineering, EPC, or construction companies. Exposure to international and Indian industrial projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
