JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings for various civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil drafting within the UAE construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and authority submission procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and revise drawings based on project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority regulations.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals and permits.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design implementation.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Support the project team in preparing tender and construction documents.
