JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman with at least 3 years of proven experience in the UAE, particularly with site-based projects. The candidate should be proficient in preparing civil, structural, and site-related drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE authority standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Proven site experience in civil/structural projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or BIM software is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of civil works, site layouts, and structural drawings.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Drafting.

• Prepare and develop detailed civil and structural shop drawings according to project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and engineers’/consultants’ instructions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and authority regulations.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, layouts, and as-built conditions.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain and organize all drawings and revision records.
