CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Civil Draftsman in fitout projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Prior experience working on commercial or residential fitout projects is a plus
