REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a relevant drafting role.
• Strong understanding of local authority requirements.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to deliver accurate plans.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and project-specific regulations.
• Experience in landscape design must.
• Experience in a swimming pool is a strong plus.
