KEA Building Contracting LLC is seeking a Civil Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience in UAE luxury villa projects, landscaping, and swimming pool works. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit software and have a strong understanding of detailed drafting and design coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil drafting
• Expertise in luxury villa projects, landscaping, and swimming pool works
• Proficiency in Revit Software (mandatory) including BIM coordination and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and construction detailing Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation
