POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 2-10 years relevant design experience
· BSCE or higher level of education in Civil Engineering or similar engineering field
· P.E. license in Oregon preferred.
· AutoCAD/Civil3D design experience preferred
· Knowledge of Transportation, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater planning, planning design and permitting preferred. Experience in private development also accepted.
· Strong written and oral communication ability
· Project management skills
· Energetic attitude and ability to work independently
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

This position will be responsible for working with staff or independently to plan and design a variety of municipal water, wastewater, water resources, utility, and transportation projects. Responsibilities will include developing and monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule; developing studies, reports, design drawings, and technical specifications; and making presentations. This position will be responsible for planning, design, funding assistance, bidding, and construction management for water, wastewater, other municipal infrastructure projects, and/or transportation projects. Our firm exclusively serves municipal and public utility agencies throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.
