Aambianz is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at our Ingleburn, NSW office, contributing to the successful delivery of external facade projects. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of facade systems, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with Australian standards, and alignment with project specifications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in facade or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or working towards it is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop facade systems, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for facade projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align designs with project requirements.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and performance of facade systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during the design and construction phases.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet deadlines and financial targets.
