The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate and civil infrastructure works projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs. What You’ll Do: As a Civil Engineer, you will receive training and mentorship while supporting the team in a variety of tasks, including: Preparation of project drawings and technical documentation. Coordination with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, BIM) to ensure documentation consistency. Assisting with project coordination and supporting multiple projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Helping with document management and organizing project deliverables. Supporting feasibility studies and design development for project proposals. Assisting with client meetings. Supporting quality checks on deliverables and assisting with project quality control processes. Providing general support for business development activities, including proposal preparation. Qualifications We are particularly looking for candidates with the following: 2-4 years' experience in a consulting/engineering company; Fluent in Italian and English. Other European language proficiency will be a plus; Experience in civil engineering design Industrial/Light industrial, Logistics, and Buildings business would be an asset; Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills to work effectively in a busy multi-disciplinary environment; Flexibility to promptly respond to the changing demands of projects and programs; Goal-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and digital ability to produce and understand written reports without consistent revisions; Ability to maintain good records of site-based activities; Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to conduct site visits; Understanding of building construction techniques; Knowledge and understanding of Italian Construction codes; Construction site experience will be a plus; Capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, etc.) and good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Project; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Civil Engineering/Building Engineering Additional Information AECOM: A World of Opportunities and Benefits Attractive Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary along with a range of exclusive benefits, including hybrid work, meal vouchers, welfare program, resources for personal well-being and mental health, gym memberships, health insurance, laptop, smartphone, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, and a pension savings plan.
