About YouBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Australian civil engineering/construction experience preferred.
Experience in residential construction, land development or multi-unit developments highly desirable.
Understanding of Australian Standards, Victorian building/planning requirements and council processes.
Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.
Experience with drainage, stormwater, earthworks, site levels and external works.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal construction teams.
Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MS Project/Excel or similar engineering/project tools.
