JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer with a solid background in oil and gas infrastructure projects, specifically with experience on ADNOC-related works. The selected candidate will play a key role in the design, planning, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects in compliance with ADNOC standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience, with 1–3 years specifically on ADNOC or large-scale oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and construction specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
• WMS Certification is a plus.

• Lead and manage civil engineering works for oil & gas infrastructure and maintenance projects.
• Prepare detailed project plans including scope, timelines, cost estimations, and resource planning.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC safety, quality, and technical specifications.
• Supervise construction activities and conduct site inspections to ensure work meets approved drawings and standards.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, project managers, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives.
• Participate in the preparation of tender documents and assist with quantity take-offs and pricing.
• Identify potential project risks and work on mitigation strategies.
