Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team Immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, in strict adherence to project specifications and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction/Maintenance /Renovation industry, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A respectful, and responsible professional with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate and adhere to company policies.
Valid UAE Driving License.
English Proficiency.

Responsibilities

Required to possess a versatile skill set and the flexibility to be assigned to a variety of fast-track projects across our different divisions, including event build-up, hardscape installation, and maintenance and renovation work.
Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring all work complies with project drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports, including site diaries, progress updates, and resource allocation.
Resolve any technical issues, design discrepancies, or unexpected problems that may arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings, material records, and quality control reports.
