We are looking for Civil Engineers to join our dedicated team in Tauranga, working with key clients in the infrastructure sector. Projects typically range from medium to large across Aotearoa, Australia, and the Pacific. Our Bay of Plenty office has over 300 people, with 65 in the Transport and Infrastructure Team. We have a strong pipeline of work in transport, asset management, three waters, and site development. As a Civil Engineer, you will: Deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate proactively and positively. Collaborate on design, procurement, and construction. Seek learning opportunities to improve skills and processes. Demonstrate effective communication and consulting skills. Develop and mentor others to grow successful careers. Foster client relationships Mōu ake | About you Your passion for design and problem-solving will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful multidisciplinary projects. You will also: Hold a Civil Engineering qualification with experience in consulting or construction, focusing on infrastructure projects. Have an interest in designing and monitoring civil site development, three waters pipelines, stormwater, and transport projects. Lead a team of designers and be involved in a model-first approach. Be passionate about automation and technology. Bring a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy teamwork. Be eager to learn from others and develop yourself. Have knowledge or experience with design packages like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads, or 12D. Enjoy having fun along the way, so a good sense of humour is a plus.
